Grilled lobster tails with sauce


How to cook lobster? I think lobsters are perfect for a romantic dinner for two. Take the chance to cook your lobster instead of going to a restaurant. I assure you, you will get a lot of pleasure and also save a tidy sum of money.

And do not forget to submit a couple of mind-blowing salads to lobster: a tropical salad of daikon and mango radish or a salad with zucchini and parmesan

For reference: another more correct name for lobster is lobster. However, now the name lobster is used less and less. Young lobster has the most delicious meat (medium-sized specimens from 700 gr. To 1000 gr.) So, how to cook lobster. Today we’ll consider cooking grilled lobster.

What to cook from

  • lobster tails - 6 pcs.
  • lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • black pepper (ground) - 1 tsp
  • red pepper (ground) - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic (dry) - 1 tsp
  • oregano (dry) - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • for sauce:
  • butter - 50 gr.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • lime juice - 2 tablespoons


  • lobster tails 6 pcs. (1 kg. 400 gr.)!
  • black pepper 1 tsp !
  • red pepper 1/2 tsp !
  • salt 1 tsp !
  • dry garlic 1 tsp !
  • dry oregano 1 tsp !
  • lime juice 2 tbsp !
  • olive oil 2 tbsp !
  • corn 6 kachan, butter 50 gr. salt!
  • butter 50 gr. !
  • garlic 2 cloves!
  • lime juice 2 tbsp !

Step by step recipe

Take good, large and fresh lobster tails!

From the upper side we cut the tail, but not to the end, open the tails and remove the intestine!

Mix: Black pepper, red pepper, salt, garlic and oregano!

Sprinkle tails with spices, sprinkle with lime juice and olive oil!

We clean the corn, grease with soft oil, salt and wrap individually in foil!

We kindle the grill and let the flames burn, spread the corn in foil!

Cook the corn for about 20 minutes, periodically turning over!

Then spread the lobster tails deployed on the grill!

We fry the tails for about 10 minutes, periodically turning over!

Mix: Soft butter, crushed garlic and lime juice!

Remove the lobster tails from the grill, pour with oil and garlic sauce and serve with corn on the table!
