Before formatting your phone, try:
1) Try turning it off and on.
2) It didn’t work, turn off the smartphone and let it lie down for about half an hour.
3) Try turning it on without a SIM card and memory card.
4) Turn on your phone with charging. If none of the methods helped, then try formatting your smartphone with the codes listed below.
Formatting should be done only in cases where no way to reanimate the smartphone peacefully can be obtained, and you see no other way out of the situation.
Most often, formatting a smartphone is performed to completely clean the smartphone, for example, for sale. Also, when the phone is very buggy.

Before formatting using any of the methods described below, it is advisable to remove the memory card from the phone so as not to damage it during formatting.
Format Codes
1)*#7780# - restoration of the initial settings of the smartphone., all settings will immediately become the same as when selling the phone. It will erase the Internet settings, the operating time of the display backlight, etc. No information will be lost.
2)*#7370# - reset the smart to the factory state (in this case, all downloaded applications on the phone, contacts, SMS, etc. will be deleted, so if there is something valuable, it is better to backup to the memory card. Also, the phone will be in English, change in settings, phone.
3)This method is needed when the second does not change anything, and possibly does not work, or when the smartphone does not turn on at all. Press three keys simultaneously “Green” (Call sending) + “3” + “*” and without releasing three buttons, press the phone’s power key and wait for the screen saver with a formatting message. The consequences of this code are similar to the consequences of the second code. Does not work on all Nokia phone models.
If the phone asks for a password for formatting the smartphone, enter your password if you changed it, or by default 12345.

Development is carried out on a computer and occasionally on a smartphone using Python. On the computer, using the software emulator of the phone, test or debug. If you have the appropriate equipment, debug both directly and on the device (smartphone). May be needed: C ++ compiler, SDK. The SDK is distributed by Nokia and is available for download. The structure includes: documentation, emulator for Windows, header files.

Of the development environments, the most famous are Qt Creator, Python, Carbide, and CodeWarrior.

A feature of the Symbian 9 operating system (platforms from S60 3rd edition to Nokia Belle FP1) is an application certification mechanism. There are several types of certificates, depending on the type of certificate with which the application installation package is signed, its authority in the system is determined. As a result, it becomes difficult to install unlicensed and even many free applications. User applications are also denied access to many file system directories. However, it is possible to get a developer certificate for your device for free (tied to a specific device), which allows you to install the vast majority of applications, having previously "signed" their packages. In addition, for Symbian 9 and ^ 3 there is a makeshift procedure similar to Jailbreak, which consists in gaining access to the system memory and replacing the original installserver with the modified one. It is worth noting that in case of unforeseen circumstances after hacking, the phone can be reset to the factory settings with the original installserver. For recovery, there is a special read-only memory area where a copy of the system with factory settings is located.
